Heineken frequently communicates with its employees about safety. In addition to communicating guidelines, Heineken approached Smartflow to develop a notifications unwanted event app for reporting adverse events. The aim of this app is that all 2,500 employees of Heineken Netherlands get involved in security and really start reporting everything that could lead to any risk on incidents.
Heineken's SHEQ management wants to detect trends through analyzes of various types of reports. This leads to policies and actions that must achieve the ultimate objective of zero incidents.
After a successful pilot, Heineken Nederland is rolling out the notifications unwanted event app for its 2,500 employees.
